Delivery and Shipping

Delivery charges are based on weight (kgs) within the UK and Europe, International orders are based on volumetric weight and may be more than what you pay at checkout. Charges are the same when ordering online, by email or over the phone and include VAT. Items if in stock are dispatched same day (Before 2pm) and sent on a next working day service and includes insurance cover. See our main section below for more details.
Sample Shipping Costs
UK
Orders under £200 are sent by a DHL Express service that is usually a next day service and costs start from £12 depending on weight.
Orders over £200 are sent for free by a DHL Express service that is usually a next day service
Europe and Rest of the World
For European and rest of the orders, parcels are sent by DHL and costs start from £12 up to 30kg per box. Delivery time takes between 3-7 working days depending on country.

The cleint is responsible for all import duites, taxes and processing fees which are payable to the carrier or carrier agent prior to delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Returns
Refunds are available within 7 days after delivery for products that are unused and are in original packaging. Special order goods are non-refundable. Products that are damaged in transit to or from the customer can be refunded up to 14 days after the product has been delivered.
Refunds
Products returned to us in imperfect, non-resalable condition will not qualify for a refund. Products that are faulty due to the manufacturing process are refundable under the manufacturer’s warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. These do not apply if the product has been fitted incorrectly or misused, motorsport use could further reduce the manufacturer’s warranty.
If an order is cancelled or refunded the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier and is at the consumer’s sole expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you were in any doubt as to the prestige of these wheels, think again: 9th November 2003: The Citroën Xsara WRC won the Constructors’ World Rally Championship. The three official cars driven by Loeb, Sainz and McRae fitted white, cast magnesium 8×18″ wheels, with red lettering and unmistakable O·Z design. Superturismo WRC, in cast aluminium with white finish, is the replica for use on the road of the wheel used by Citroën, Peugeot and Ford in the World Rally: 16 spokes of power and aggressiveness, dedicated to super sports cars, rally enthusiasts and all those who dream of a car with the livery of a champion.
Performance and details confirm the style of the wheel, signed by the white carbon fibre hub cover with red tampography in the centre. The renewed design repeats the shape of the Superurismo GT, with spokes lengthened up to the external border and the centre of the wheel that gently closes towards the hub. The GT colourways include matt black, silver or Serie Rossa red, bringing the individuality we’ve all come to expect from a MINI wheel.

Lohen offers professional, in-house fitting for all products at our workshop in Eccelshall, Staffordshire. Here are the important things you need to know:
Fitting Cost – £24 per wheel
Fitting Time – 15 Minutes per wheel
Required Additional Items/Services– The only additional items needed are tyres.
Lohen Recommends– We would recommend changing to kumho tyres to get the best grip on the roads.
