Delivery and Shipping

Delivery charges are based on weight (kgs) within the UK and Europe, International orders are based on volumetric weight and may be more than what you pay at checkout. Charges are the same when ordering online, by email or over the phone and include VAT. Items if in stock are dispatched same day (Before 2pm) and sent on a next working day service and includes insurance cover. See our main section below for more details.

Sample Shipping Costs

UK

Orders under £200 are sent by a DHL Express service that is usually a next day service and costs start from £12 depending on weight. 

Orders over £200 are sent for free by a DHL Express service that is usually a next day service

Europe and Rest of the World

For European and rest of the orders, parcels are sent by DHL and costs start from £12 up to 30kg per box. Delivery time takes between 3-7 working days depending on country.

The cleint is responsible for all import duites, taxes and processing fees which are payable to the carrier or carrier agent prior to delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Returns

Refunds are available within 7 days after delivery for products that are unused and are in original packaging. Special order goods are non-refundable. Products that are damaged in transit to or from the customer can be refunded up to 14 days after the product has been delivered.

Refunds

Products returned to us in imperfect, non-resalable condition will not qualify for a refund. Products that are faulty due to the manufacturing process are refundable under the manufacturer’s warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. These do not apply if the product has been fitted incorrectly or misused, motorsport use could further reduce the manufacturer’s warranty.

If an order is cancelled or refunded the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier and is at the consumer’s sole expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Lowering Springs are a fantastic way to improve the handling and aesthetics of your Generation 3 F56 or F55 MINI without breaking the bank. Eibach’s progressive spring design is designed for excellent ride quality and has been credited with quicker stopping, faster cornering and potentially better mpg.
The Eibach Pro-Kit lowers your MINI F55, F56 and F57 MINI’s centre of gravity reducing squat under acceleration, body roll in corners and excessive nose-diving under braking. But as well as these performance enhancements you’ll benefit from the improved good looks seen by lowering your MINI. You’ll expect to see around 25 – 30 mm drop both at the front and the rear on the F55 and F56. On the F57 this is 25mm front and 15mm rear drop. 
These lowering springs are available for all models of Gen 3 MINI including the MINI One, Cooper & Cooper S, JCW and diesel variants. 

These spring are suitable for MINI models with and without active suspension. 

Eibach products are TUV Approved and suitable for use on the road. 

Please take time to check that the product selected is correct for your MINI. There are a number of options available depending on the specification of your MINI. It is advisable to check the front axle load of your MINI and match this to the options presented. Front axle load can be found in the passenger door (in the UK) on a black sticker, please see image 9.
