Description
The combination of a heavy-duty bearing clamp with special bushing made of a highly abrasion-resistant and self-lubricating plastic with a helical groove is simply ingenious. The grease can be optimally distributed over the entire bearing surface via a grease nipple. The ingress of water and dust will be prevented by 2 O-rings.
To optimize and strengthen the bulkhead (aluminium steering head), we have combined the bushing with the steel reinforcement (4-bolt fitting possible). Thus, it distributes the pressure under excessive load (fall) on the 5-fold surface and minimizes expensive consequential damage.

IMPORTANT
If the bearing surface of the steering column is already worn (metal abrasion is present), our system does not improve either. Here we also recommend a new steering stem.
