Delivery charges are based on weight (kgs) within the UK and Europe, International orders are based on volumetric weight and may be more than what you pay at checkout. Charges are the same when ordering online, by email or over the phone and include VAT. Items if in stock are dispatched same day (Before 2pm) and sent on a next working day service and includes insurance cover. See our main section below for more details.

Sample Shipping Costs

UK

Orders under £200 are sent by a DHL Express service that is usually a next day service and costs start from £12 depending on weight. 

Orders over £200 are sent for free by a DHL Express service that is usually a next day service

Europe and Rest of the World

For European and rest of the orders, parcels are sent by DHL and costs start from £12 up to 30kg per box. Delivery time takes between 3-7 working days depending on country.

The cleint is responsible for all import duites, taxes and processing fees which are payable to the carrier or carrier agent prior to delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Returns

Refunds are available within 7 days after delivery for products that are unused and are in original packaging. Special order goods are non-refundable. Products that are damaged in transit to or from the customer can be refunded up to 14 days after the product has been delivered.

Refunds

Products returned to us in imperfect, non-resalable condition will not qualify for a refund. Products that are faulty due to the manufacturing process are refundable under the manufacturer’s warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. These do not apply if the product has been fitted incorrectly or misused, motorsport use could further reduce the manufacturer’s warranty.

If an order is cancelled or refunded the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier and is at the consumer’s sole expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Whether you’re competing or simply driving on a Sunday afternoon your MINI is at risk from the forces exerted by potholes and bumps. At speed, the overt movement of suspension can apply significant pressure on the strut tower, possibly leading to mushrooming. Less than one inch of tower deformation can be extremely detrimental to your MINI’s alignment and costly to repair. MINI’s have a unique disposition for sheet metal deformation, but installing Strut Tower Defenders can significantly help to prevent this.
CravenSpeed Strut Tower Defenders strengthen your MINI’s strut towers before deformation can occur. By sandwiching the sheet metal between the strut and CravenSpeed’s 12mm thick aircraft aluminum plate, it is strengthened ten-fold. Strut Tower Defenders come in pairs, one for the right tower and one for the left.
CravenSpeed’s product retains a 12mm thickness throughout ensuring that there are no weak spots. Installation is easy, using the included instructions, it will take about 10 minutes. You do not need to lift the car, and only some basic tools are required to fit. Fitment Craven Speed Strut Tower Defenders are available for the 2002-2006 (R50/52/53) MINI in both black and red. The pair comes with custom made, 14mm, bolt adapters. These adapters are necessary to allow installation of such a thick plate without weakening the piece at the attachment points.
